Machinery (Design and Manufacturing)

FA equipment, automation and labor-saving machinery

We handle everything in-house, from concept and design to manufacturing and installation.
Concept and design are carried out by our design department using CAD, and after mechanical design, our electrical design department performs electrical wiring design and control system design for operating robots.
Assembly, including wiring, is conducted at our Hotaka Factory, followed by installation.

Precision Component Processing

Precision Component Processing

Our component processing mainly focuses on prototypes and custom, one-off precision parts.
We work with a wide range of materials, including difficult-to-machine materials, as well as aluminum, steel, and copper, primarily through cutting processes.
By utilizing a combination of equipment such as NC lathes, machining centers, Y-axis lathes, compact NC lathes, and wire EDM machines, we are able to handle complex shapes.
We are also equipped with a full range of measuring instruments to ensure the quality of processed components.

About Our Facilities

Watches

Watches

At Nanan Seiko, watch manufacturing has been one of our core businesses since our establishment in 1980.
Today, we operate one of the few remaining assembly factories in Japan and engage in both the development and manufacturing of our own products as well as OEM contract manufacturing.
At our head office factory, we also operate “Tokeiya Fukkokudo,” which sells and repairs Japanese antique watches, original watches, and various brand-name watches. Skilled watchmakers on staff handle repairs for general customers.
