Nanan Seiko values customer requirements and provides integrated services from design and component processing to manufacturing and installation, supplying machinery mainly to various manufacturers in Japan.
Thanks to the high evaluation of our achievements and technical capabilities, particularly in precision component processing that forms the foundation of our machinery, we now supply not only domestically but also overseas.
These precision processing technologies extend beyond industrial machinery to watch manufacturing, which consists of extremely precise components.
We also continue to develop systems to pass on the knowledge and technologies we have cultivated.
Machinery
Nanan Seiko originally began with the manufacturing of watch movements.
Building on the technology and experience developed through this foundation, we design and manufacture FA equipment.
Leveraging our experience in handling extremely small watch components, we specialize in assembly and inspection equipment for palm-sized parts.
For example, we excel in manufacturing equipment for the assembly and inspection of micro high-precision components, production equipment for electronic components, as well as integrated systems covering insert supply to injection molds, part removal and transfer, inspection, and packaging.
From concept and design to manufacturing, startup, and maintenance support, all processes are handled in-house, allowing you to engage our services with confidence.

Precision Component Processing
At our company, we primarily manufacture prototypes and custom, one-off precision components. We mainly use cutting processes to work with a variety of materials, including difficult-to-machine materials as well as aluminum, steel, and copper. By utilizing a combination of machining centers, Y-axis lathes, compact NC lathes, and wire EDM machines, we are able to handle complex shapes. Below are some examples of our processing technologies.
Turning
We use NC lathes by DMG Mori Seiki and four CNC lathes by Tsugami to support precision metal processing.
Machining
We flexibly handle metal processing using one 5-axis machining center and two 3-axis machining centers by DMG Mori Seiki.
Wire EDM
We use wire EDM machines by FANUC to process fine and intricate metal shapes.
Measurement
Quality is verified using various measuring instruments, including Mitutoyo 3D measuring equipment.
Watches
At Nanan Seiko, watch manufacturing has been one of our core businesses since our founding, and we carry out the development and production of our own products as well as OEM manufacturing at our in-house factory, which is rare in Japan.
For our original products, we aim to build brands that are widely loved. For OEM products, we utilize both domestic factories in Japan and overseas manufacturers to understand customer needs and deliver products that exceed expectations. Together with many brand holders, we strive to promote the high reliability of “Made in Japan” products and provide customers with peace of mind after purchase.
In addition, the on-site “Tokeiya Fukkokudo” handles the sales and repair of Japanese antique watches and original watches.
Skilled watchmakers are on staff to provide repair services and related support.
